Preparing for your first WVRO Performance?

Here is a list of our most frequently asked questions...  please do not hesitate to contact us for further questions or comments!
 
 
 
1.  Is there a Dress Code for the WVRO Performances?   ABSOLUTELY NOT!  We want you to be comfortable at all of our performances, so you wear what makes you feel the most comfortable. 
 
2.  Can I bring Children?
We ask that you only bring children that can comfortable sit through a performance.. both for your childs and your comfort.  We hope to very soon offer children's programs, designed just for your children's enjoyment.  Please keep up-to-date with our website for further information.
 
3.  When Should I Clap?
This is a very big question that is asked.. it is traditional that you hold your applauds, until the end of the program.  When you see the conductors arms go down and the orchestral members drop their instruments down, it is time to clap!
 
4.  What are the Box Office Hours?
Our Box Office Hours and Location will be announced very shortly.  Please check back often, to see the updates.
 
5.  What if I've Lost my Tickets?
If you've lost or misplaced your tickets, please call/fax/email us in advance and the proper arrangements will be made.
 
6.  Do You Offer Student Tickets?
YES!  You may order a student subscription of 6 tickets for $25.  Single Tickets are available at $5 each.  Accompanying Parents tickets are at a rate of $10 each.  Student must have valid picture student ID.  Only available through our box office.
 
7.  Do You Offer Group Discounts?
YES!  If there are 10 or more in a group, you will receive a 10% discount off of the entire purchase price.  Tickets must be purchased together.  Order early to insure your seats are together.
 
8.  Do You Offer Gift Certificates?
YES!  You may purchase gift certificates through our box office.  Starting price is $25.
 
9.  When Should I Arrive?
Come Early!  Join the host for the evening for a pre-concert take, one hour before scheduled show time.  Otherwise, 30 minutes before show.
 
10.  What If I Arrive Late?
Due to the respect of the musicians and others around you, if you arrive late, you will be permitted to go to your seat at the first appropriate pause in the program.
